This is my first attempt at a blog and hoping this project progresses along..........
I'm in the process of looking for a secure site that I can post videos up, getting the word out, and transferring Hi8 to DVD. The transfer will be a long process.
Priority wise, I'm not sure who the first video will be of....once I get a few things fixed and going I'll do at least one experimental upload in the next few weeks. These videos go all the way back to 1992, but I will try to keep privacy high since I've already gotten a few request. Only by permission will these videos be posted in public space unless they were videos taken at large public events.
Just counted the Hi8 to be transferred, there's around 35 of them.
My hope is after all of these have been transferred (figuring a year or so) and sent out to friends. I'll edit them, maybe send off a few. And lastly if I'm really motivated and meet the right people in these next few years, work on the short film idea that's been in my head since 2005. The last one is a big MAYBE.
